I recently got to know about an application that allows user to watch TV via mobile phone and it's called MobiTV.
With only 5.1MB of installation file, you can watch live TV wherever you are - in line, on a break, while traveling, or even when you're at home and TV is being used. MobiTV also includes Discovery Channel, NBC Sports, the Weather Channel, CNBC, the Disney Channel, Toonworld TV Classics and many more!
The minimum requirement for you to use this application is the Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC.
