Nokia N95 8GB

I would say Nokia N95 8Gb is the best phone from Nokia so far. Why? Is it because it has all the functions such as Wifi, GPS, great camera and multiplayer?

Nokia N95 8Gb is a 2 way slide phone; sliding it up will expose the number keypad while sliding down will reveal the music player keys. When the phone is in idle mode, the silver keys perfectly match the color of the phone.

Nokia N95 also offers a large 2.8" QVGA (0.2" larger than the previous N95), it supports 16 million color display, impressive 3D graphics, built-in stereo speakers with 3D stereo effect, 3.5 mm audio jack, and mini USB for convenient data transfer. It doesn't have the memory slot as the built in memory is already sufficient to store photos and audio files.

With Wifi, you can browse the internet on the Nokia N95 8Gb. With a larger screen size, it gives you more pleasure while surfing the net. Nokia N95 8Gb uses the same OS platform as the previous N95 which is the latest revision of the Symbian OS, named v9.2, S60v3 FP1.

As for the GPS, it uses the Smart2Go application by Nokia called Nokia Maps. Smart2Go is a totally free application from Nokia and it improves a little bit on the user interface from the earlier version.

Nokia N95 8Gb has a great camera as it uses the Carl Zeiss optics and with 5 megapixels. The camera setting includes the following shooting mode (auto, custom, macro, portrait, nighttime, nighttime portrait, sports (for moving objects) and landscape). It also has timer, multi shot, white balance setting, ISO setting and contrast setting. All these settings can be easily found in most digital camera these days. So, why carry an extra digital camera when you can have it all in the Nokia N95 8Gb? The only comment on the camera is that it doesn't have Xenon flash; it only comes with an LED flash.

Here's goes the summary for some of the enhancement from the previous Nokia N95. The display screen is larger by 0.2 inches, the screen matrix is now covered with a protective glass, increase of the built in memory to 8Gb, battery capacity increase from 950 mAh to 1200 mAh, built in GPS and extra camera interface options.

So far, I don't really see any critics on the phone other than the LED flash. Nokia N95 8Gb is the great phone if you're looking for a Wifi, GPS and a great camera function phone all in one.
