Turn Your Mobile to WebCam?
Written by ImagesLab.net on Sunday, January 20, 2008Have you ever thought of turning your mobile phone camera into a web cam? Don't think its quite possible?
Let me introduce you to a software called Mobiola Screen Capture (S60v3) v2.5. This software is currently available in the market now. The bad news is, it doesn't come for free (you need to pay a small sum in order to use) and the trial version only allows a single connection up to 5 minutes and 7 days evaluation period.
Features:
- Using mobile phone's camera as web camera
- Connects to phone via bluetooth or USB cable
- Compatible with MSN Messenger, Skype, Yahoo Messenger & etc
Cool isn't it? This also simply meant that you are now carrying a web cam wherever you go and you can connect to any laptop or pc anywhere, anytime.
The requirement is very minimal where you only need 8 MB of free disk space on PC, 68kb of free phone memory and 720kb of run time memory.
*Note: This software only works with Symbian S60v3 phones (phone models listed below)
(Nokia 3250, Nokia 5500 Sport, Nokia 6110 Navigator, Nokia 6120 Classic, Nokia 6121 Classic, Nokia 6290, Nokia e50, Nokia e51, Nokia e61, Nokia e61i, Nokia e65, Nokia e70, Nokia e90, Nokia n71, Nokia n73, Nokia N75, Nokia n77, Nokia n80, Nokia n80i, Nokia n81, Nokia n82, Nokia n91, Nokia n92, Nokia n93, Nokia n93i, Nokia N95)
